WHAT TO LOOK FOR WHEN SHOPPING FOR A MUSIC PRODUCER?

In the upcoming weeks and months, I will be offering tips to those artists and bands looking for the right producer to oversee their projects. Finding the right person doesn’t always come down to who has the most experience. Believe me, as a songwriter, I’ve been down that road before. In most cases, it’s all about how the other person’s vision matches up with your own. Anyway, we’ll have some fun with this topic, and from time to time, bring in other guest producers to see what their thoughts are on this subject.
